It’s a pleasure to introduce myself and share a few words about my role at CarlGustav Solutions.
• Who is Andris? Tell us a little about yourself.
I’m a down-to-earth person with a curious mind and a strong focus on solutions and collaboration. Life has given me valuable experiences, and I enjoy working in environments where innovation meets purpose. I’m always eager to learn something new and contribute meaningfully to the team. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and believe in building trust.
• What is your role at CarlGustav Solutions?
I work as a Project Manager, overseeing the construction of new buildings from the design phase all the way through to delivery and installation. My role involves close cooperation with both our internal team and external partners, including clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• What is it like working at CarlGustav Solutions?
Working at CarlGustav Solutions feels almost as warm and welcoming as being at home. It’s a place where I feel I truly belong, and where people support each other and share a common vision.
• When someone outside the industry asks what you do for a living, how do you usually respond?
I say that I create spaces where people feel happy, comfortable, and connected to the environment. I help bring to life buildings that are ergonomic, sustainable, and designed to enhance everyday experiences.
• And finally – what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with myself, traveling, and most of all, being with my family. Those moments are the most meaningful and energizing for me.
